The farm of Beillevaire delivers its delicious fresh butter every week. It has about 15 farms where it manufactures more than 400 different kinds of cheese. It is also known for its excellent fresh butter.
The farm of Viltain offers you its fresh products: eggs, yogurt and fresh milk. Viltain is an independent family farm located in Les Yvelines. Their yogurts are made on the farm from the milk of their cows. This allows them to ensure a fair remuneration for the producer, while reducing their carbon footprint, with a handmade product that will not be found on a large surface. The farm of Viltain is committed to sustainable development and animal welfare through a BLEU BLANC COEUR label obtained in November 2018.
Our cheeses are selected at the farm of Lalanche. The farmhouse is located in Abondance at 1100 m above sea level, with some of the alpine pastures located just above. The well-being of its livestock and cows is paramount, as is the preservation of the landscapes, and the authenticity of our mountains. They have been farmers for several generations, thus perpetuating know-how. Their cheeses are made from raw milk (that of their cows and goats). They have the strong flavor of real handicraft products. The farm obtained organic certification for our cow’s milk cheeses at the end of October 2018.
Last year the Hotel du Levant was a finalist in the competition for the best hotel breakfast. The Gourmet Breakfast Trophy is organized every year by the Tables & Auberges de France and recompense the hotels for the quality and originality of their breakfasts.
